     The Magical Past Times is a site where one can learn more about the fascinating history of magic. This online journal provides resources for everyone, from those who are just curious about magic to the experienced magician.
The Learned Pig Project - Online Repository of Magic Books and Documents
     To receive the full benefit of this site one needs to be a member. Fortunately, membership is free but a simple test needs to be taken to determine if you are really a magician. However, even if you are not a member, this is still a very informational site. One can find online magic books, magazine articles, and information about the history of magicians!
TV Magic Guide
     Do you want to watch a magic show without the hassle of paying for the tickets and going to the theatre? This site has a detailed listing of upcoming appearances by magicians on television. If you are looking for magic shows or anything else related to magic that will appear on television, the show is listed on this site. It is updated daily and provides a brief description of each show that it lists.
The Magic Theatre
     This site contains various videos that can be watched via realplayer. It has videos on different magicians and their shows; Aldo Colombini's - "Lasting Impressions", Alain Nu's - "Closeup Sketches", Derek Dingle's - "Open Sez Me", Pavel's - "Silk Cabaret", Meir Yedid's - "Live From London", and Richard Robinson's - "The Fan". Unfortunately, only a couple of minutes of each of these shows are presented.

     This particular site is a free question and answer service provided by volunteers. This link will take you to the category about magic where you can post your questions to a volunteer magician. This site also has various other categories as well in which a volunteer expert in that subject is ready to answer your questions as well.

Magic Talk - The Official Discussion Group For Magicians
     Magic Talk is dedicated to the discussion of magic exposure, lectures, seminars, as well as other magic related topics. It is open to all magicians - professionals and amateurs alike. Unfortunately, this site does not discuss how to do magic tricks. The site strictly states that the exposure of magic tricks will not be tolerated. If you need help with a trick this is the place to go. However, if you want to know all the details about performing a trick, you'll need to visit another site.
The Performer's Post
     Are you looking for a directory of world class entertainers? The Performer's Post has a database in which these entertainers have their acts showcased. The showcase includes an online portfolio of the performers and is separated into categories such as close-up magic, stage magic, comedy magic, and children's magic. Although this site is very professional looking and provides a great way to advertise magicians, the list of performers is not very extensive.
International Conservatory of Magic
     Do you want to join an online magic school? The International Conservatory of Magic Online teaches through personal live instruction via lecture tours, a 24 hour-a-day web-site based text and virtual lessons, internet chat, and live web audio lectures. The International Conservatory of Magic Online features beginner and advanced levels of training and deal with all aspects of magic including, sleight of hand, illusion, presentation, showmanship, promotion, and theory.
Conventions for Magical Thinkers
     This page has a short list of various magic conventions that are happening throughout the country. By clicking on a particular convention, one is then taken to that convention's homepage where detailed information is given about the convention. This site is ideal for those who are interested in magic and want to attend a convention/workshop.

     This site contains information about Lance Burton as well as photographs of him. Here one can find information about the youth in magic as well as an interview with Dominic Wood.      Are you looking for the #1 web site for coin tricks? Well, there is no need to look any further. This site contains information about almost every aspect of coin magic. If you are a beginner, you can read about sleight of hand and manipulation. Others, who are more experienced, can read reviews about coin magic products currently out on the market.      The information on this site provides the foundation for beginners in magic. Here one can learn the basic techniques to create one's own tricks, and variations to existing ones. There are numerous tricks which can be learned from this site. These tricks are done step by step with detailed instructions and pictures. This is a great site for beginners.
Magic Palace
     The Magic Palace contains magic tricks separated into three categories; levitation, card tricks, and miscellaneous tricks. There are also videos that are available for downloading as well; hyran hank, scotch and soda, zig zag cig, and haunted key.
The Magician's Corner
     This site contains great information about magic for the beginner. Here, the Mad Magician answers any questions dealing with magic that one many want to know. There is also a card and coin emporium as well. This site shows you how to get started as a magician and also contains many links to other magic sites.
The Magic Site
     The Magic Site is aimed towards anyone interested in magic or anyone who wants to practice magic as a hobby. The site contains card tricks and other miscellaneous tricks as well. Unfortunately, this site only has a couple of tricks available.
Magic Tricks
     This site has contains about twenty different tricks waiting to be learned. A few of these tricks have pictures accompanying the text explanation, however most do not. Unfortunately, the explanations for each of these tricks are not very detailed and, as a result, are not very effective.
Card Trick Palace
     This site contains card tricks for beginner magicians as well as those who are intermediate magicians. This site contains several card tricks in both categories. Unfortunately, this site is not really the "Palace" that it claims to be.
Snail World
     Snail World contains a magic section which includes information about misdirection, tricks, articles, psychological forces, and psychic readings. The magic section of this site is fairly good, however, the rest of the site is really not worth looking at.

     Steinfeld is both an illusionist and comedian. His shows incorporates and expands classic illusions such as levitation of an audience member or sawing a woman in thirds. At this site one can find information about upcoming shows as well as articles about Steinfeld.
Amazing Dexter
     Prior to 1999, one might have seen Sean Paul performing under the stage name of the Amazing Dexter. Now, performing under his given name of Sean-Paul, he has teamed up with Juliane. Together, they have become Impact Magic. This site contains testimonials about their performances, bios, and show information.
Amazing Kreskin
     Amazing Kreskin has noted that he uses his mental abilities to predict specific events in other people's lives. While looking into the minds of others, he states that he has often discovered things that he would rather not have seen. He further states he has learned how to ignore the bad and concentrate on the good. This site contains his biography, a photo gallery, booking information, and news about him.
Amazing Randi
     James Randi has a reputation as a magician and escape artist, but today, he is best known as a demystifier of paranormal and pseudoscientific claims. Randi has pursued "psychic" spoonbenders, exposed the dirty tricks of faith healers, and investigated homeopathic water "with a memory." He has been a thorn in the sides of those who try to pull the wool over the public's eyes in the name of the supernatural.
Criss Angel
     Criss Angel's illusions are done with the special effect wizardry found exclusively in movies while his music is the driving force behind the spectacle. The music in his performances are arranged and produced by Criss Angel and Klay Scott and is performed live by Angel and his band.
David Copperfield
     This site is dedicated to and contains a great deal of information about David Copperfield. This site has his biography as well as a list of his awards and records he has accomplished. Anything that Copperfield is involved in, such as upcoming television shows or performances, they are mentioned here.
Guy Hollingworth
     Guy performs feats of magic and card-sharping in his performances. This site has a brief history on the magician and information about his shows. One can order some of his books and videos on this site as well.
Harry Houdini
     Harry Houdini is one of the greatest magicians that ever lived and this site is a worthy tribute to him. The site contains information about Houdini's entire life which includes his movies, escapes, and illusions. There are numerous photographs, video clips, and links to other Houdini sites. This is a great site if you are interested or just curious about Houdini.
Harry Houdini
     This is yet another site about the great Harry Houdini. The site contains background information about Houdini and talks about some of his most amazing tricks. This site is quite interesting and enjoyable.
Joaquin Ayala
     Joaquin Ayala claims that he is the leading Hispanic Latin Illusionist of all time. His international star status is cast in Mexico City's "Hall of Stars". Ayala has been the recipient of the "Merlin Award" for most original magic, the only Latin-American illusionist ever to get this prestigious award.
Johnathan David Bass
     Bass is known as an illusionist and had been featured on NBC's "World's Greatest Magic". This site contains contact information, a biography, news about him, and his upcoming events.
John Rogers
     John Rogers is well-known for his fascinating close-up magic skills. On this site, one can take a look at his interactive magic section as well as other amusing tricks. The site also contains links as well as contact information.
Luis de Matos
     This site is under construction. However, this site will include categories such as Luis de Matos, fan club, news, interactive magic, talk to me, and highlights of the week.
Marco Tempest
     This site contains information about Marco Tempest as well as the calendar of his upcoming events. Tempest combines computer-generated imagery, video, music, and stagecraft with magic. Their Sin City site has been around since the dawn of the internet. Scott, the owner of HappyMagic.com has met both Penn and Teller when they performed in Kansas City. Teller actually spoke to Scott! (He never speaks on stage, he leaves that to his partner in crime, Penn Jillette.

     Rebekah Yen combines magic, dance, and multi-cultural arts with modern dynamics in her performances. This site contains pictures as well as information about her and her magic.
