Here's what appears to be an honest bet. "I bet I can balance this penny on the other one for a couple seconds". Let your friend try it first, it's really tough to do. 

Then you pick up the pennies and you show them exactly how it's done. Not only do you balance them, but you can actually spin the penny. Both pennies can be handed out for examination, and only you will be able to do it.

We give you two special pennies and the secret gimmick that allows you to do this. Don't worry, you're audience won't ever see the gimmick! This is just fun to play with. 

We give you two special wheat pennies (so you can tell them apart in your pocket and not accidently spend them!)

Why we like it:

It's fun, it's pretty easy, and you disguise a pretty good magic trick secret within a stunt. You're friends will be trying to balance pennies all night. You can just act like you just thought of doing this and your friends will think you're crazy, there's no way you could pull it off!
